Man Eats 30000th Big Mac, Setting New World Record

A man in Wisconsin has consumed his 30,000 McDonald's Big Mac burger after eating two a day for more than four decades.

Somewhat miraculously, Gorske says his cholesterol and blood pressure are normal despite having eaten at least one of the 540-calorie fast food burgers nearly every day for the past four decades.

In case you're wondering, Gorske says his cholesterol and blood pressure are normal and he weighs five pounds less than he did when he ate his 25,000th Big Mac in 2011. Gorske is now the proud holder of Guinness Book's "Most Big Macs consumed" title.

"We are lovin' Don Gorske's enthusiasm for our iconic Big Mac sandwich and appreciate his ongoing loyalty", said a spokesman for McDonald's US.

In fact, when Gorske ate his 20,000th Big Mac on July 19, 2004, he told us thirty thousand "isn't that far off".

Tall and lanky, with a graying ponytail and friendly demeanor, Gorske has obsessive compulsive disorder and a meticulous memory, which lends to his Big Mac habit and his penchant for details.

Iran's Khamenei says U.S. provokes Saudi Arabia to deepen regional crisis
Elsewhere in his remarks, Ayatollah Khamenei said the enemies have resorted to economic war after realizing the futility of military action against Iran.

On Friday, a man from Fond du Lac, in Wisconsin, downed his 30,000 Big Mac, smashing the previous world record.

In 2003 Ellen DeGeneres requested Gorske's cholesterol be checked. He was featured in the movie "Supersize Me".

He says although he does not work out, he stays busy all day long due to his hyperactive personality.

The retired prison guard first sunk his teeth into a Big Mac on May 17, 1972, and has been keeping track of his consumption ever since.

"It's some that's just so good, it's just like chocolate and I couldn't get enough of at first, but still it is my favorite sandwich", he said. On April 27 1988, he was true to his word.

Before he left the restaurant, Gorske purchased another Big Mac to eat once he got home. "Maybe I'll be eating it when I catch myself on the news, who knows?" he says.
