The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Chill Advisory for northern ME and New Hampshire, for Tuesday night and Wednesday.

Unsafe wind chills are affecting 18 states from Montana to NY, with reports of temperatures as cold as 50 degrees below zero in the Northern Plains.
