As much as Kate Middleton would like to call off all of her royal engagements and simply stay at home with her two children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, she knows that she can't do that. The pregnant Duchess of Cambridge has been sick with morning sickness for several weeks now.

It was her first public appearance since announcing her third pregnancy.

The new baby will be the fifth in line to the throne, with Prince Harry - the child's uncle - being pushed into sixth.

The palace announced the pregnancy on September 4, prompted because the duchess had to cancel several formal engagements as she was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, a rare pregnancy complication she also experienced with her two previous pregnancies.

Congrats to William and Kate!
