Insecticide will be sprayed in Rock Hill Wednesday after a citizen tested positive for West Nile Monday, York County officials said.

"These are the first confirmed indications of local West Nile virus activity this year", Dr. Michael Stacey, deputy health officer for the county said in a news release.
