Police say the man in this photo and composite sketch is a white male weighing 180 to 220 pounds, with reddish-brown hair and unknown eye color. Police ask that people focus on the man's facial features.

Carroll County Sheriff Tobe Leazenby (tohb LEHZ'-ehn-BEE') says the witness saw the man walking around the time 14-year-old Liberty German and 13-year-old Abigail Williams were slain near their hometown of Delphi, about 60 miles (100 kilometers) northwest of Indianapolis. Anyone with information about the murders or person in the composite sketch is asked to call the anonymous tip line at 844-459-5786.

A reward in excess of $230,000 is offered for information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the person or persons responsible for these murders.

Libby German and Abby Williams were reported missing by their family on February 13.

In late February, police had released two grainy images of a man they consider the main suspect.
