Joey Chestnut won the men's title by eating a record-breaking 72 hot dogs and buns.

On July 4 in NY, it's Joey "Jaws" Chestnut against Matt "The Megatoad" Stonie.

So, there's no question who the top dogs are this year. Chestnut, informed of his new rival's threat to his reign, said he was looking forward to it.

Thousands came out to watch the 10th annual contest, and the reigning champs showed why they're still tops.

Thomas, a former three-time champion, finished third with 30 dogs.

Chestnut earned his 10th Mustard Belt - the grand prize for the contest.
