But reporter Steph Watts told Radar that her testimony was devastating.

The defense also quizzed her phone records that showed 72 calls between her and Cosby between the alleged assault and when she reported it to police. If anything, it appears that she maintained a semblance of friendship with him post-assault because she didn't want to start a conflict between Temple University and one of its trustees.

"Mr Cosby never disclosed to me that he was interested in a romantic interaction with me", said Constand, dressed in a white jacket and a light blue top.

Returning to the phone logs, Feden pointed out that in nearly every case the calls Constand placed to Cosby came after she had checked her voicemail - a pattern that bolstered her claim she was merely returning messages from Cosby, the prosecutor said. "But I returned calls as well".

We saw this when Judge Aaron Persky sentenced sexual assaulter Brock Allen Turner to just six months in jail because Persky believed a "prison sentence would have a severe impact" on Turner; we saw it when some media outlets focused on the "promising futures" of the teenaged attackers in the Steubenville rape case rather than the shattered life of the survivor. She urged Cosby, who had previously told her he gave pills to her daughter, to send him the name of the medication he'd given her. "I was anxious he might do something to our family".

Cosby, who's been charged with three counts of aggravated indecent stemming from his alleged conduct with Constand, has been accused by dozens of women, many of whom claim that he drugged and sexually assaulted them, though this is the only criminal case that the comedian faces.

After returning to her room, Constand said she called Sherri Williams. "It's nothing. She said the calls were work-related".

"During the very time you told the police you were drugged and unconscious you were on the phone with a period of time making multiple phone calls."

He also suggests that Gianna Constand and her daughter travel to meet with him to discuss his proposal.

"I kept asking, 'Why did you do that to my daughter?' I said, 'My daughter was sick". Constand said the calls to her university-issued cellphone pertained to Temple women's basketball, and stopped once she left the school. I have no idea how it happened. Johnson said that she had lotion on her hand and Cosby made her touch his penis, she said.

Breaking Twitter Silence, Trump Sees Lies, Vindication in 'Leaker' Comey's Testimony
One was that he thinks of President Donald Trump as a liar, and anxious about his propensity to lie. Trump tweeted in his first comments since the Senate Intelligence Committee hearing on Thursday.

"I don't know what that means", Constand said. "It was only digital'". "I feel like it sounds like I'm a perverted person'".

Cosby also allegedly downplayed Gianna Constand's motherly concern by saying she shouldn't "even worry about it". Prosecutors say she was too impaired to give consent.

Shortly after, she told him she had become "frozen" and incapacitated, she testified. After a long moment, she narrowed her eyes and turned back to the questioning.

In polite but firm testimony, Gianna Constand recalled that she had noticed a change in her daughter when she moved home from Philadelphia in spring 2004.

"Cosby was clearly in damage control, on these very damaging recordings", Watts said. "I can only go based on who I've experienced, and at the end of the day, it's the court's job to find the truth of the matter".

"They were good friends".

According to LawNewz, Kyle Hunter accused Allred and two other attorneys with her firm of failing to interview witnesses and produce affidavits. He was 10 years older than her father.

He has pleaded not guilty to the charges, insisting their sexual contact was consensual, and has denied similar allegations from more than 60 women.

Check back with Radar for more from the court tomorrow.
