Muelensteen: Lukaku not good enough for Man Utd

Lukaku, however, has taken to Twitter to comment on the speculation about his future, posting two Tweets, calling the media "annoying" and asking them to stay out of his business.

Former Manchester United coach Rene Muelensteen does not believe Romelu Lukaku is good enough to make the move to Old Trafford.

A report in The Sun has suggested that Everton have earmarked Crotone loanee Diego Falcinelli as a potential target should the Toffees end up selling Romelu Lukaku in the summer.

Considering that Lukaku is now one of the top strikers in World football, he will not be short of offers and has been linked with a move to either former club Chelsea or Manchester United.

Lukaku is now the Premier League's top scorer for the season with 24 goals, three more than his nearest rival, Tottenham striker Harry Kane.

Nashville Predators Vs. St. Louis Blues
It would make sense then that the Blues' first shot of the period - off a glove, no less - would finally find the back of the net. The puck goes to Ryan Ellis at the left center point and Ryan Ellis takes a low shot that goes through traffic and into the net.

"Don't get me wrong here, Lukaku has obviously had a fantastic season and he is a goal scorer", Muelensteen told talkSPORT.

'But at a club like Manchester United you need more strings to your bow.

Lukaku rejected a new £140,000-a-week contract at Goodison Park in March with the 23-year-old unsure if the Toffees can match his ambition to be "one of the world's best".

"If you play at the highest level your finesse on the ball, your decision-making needs to be absolutely spot on".

Chelsea will likely finish the year as champions and will return to the Champions League, although things look a little trickier for United which could yet have an impact on their summer business.
