Philippines' Duterte Threatens to Curse at Obama Over Drug War Killings

At campaign rally he boasted about having sex with multiple women.

"It's my intention to get this one done, because, on the merits, it is smart for America to do it", Mr. Obama said Monday.

Washington has tried largely to look the other way as Mr Duterte has pursued closer relations with China, a marked shift for the Philippines considering recent tensions over Beijing's aspirations in the South China Sea.
